Before selling us your device, please ensure:

The device is not locked (no system lock, no serial number block, no carrier lock).

It is fully functional and its condition is one of the following:

- New and sealed

- New but unsealed/used

- Used with possible scratches or cracks (must still be fully functional)

Process:

Verify Condition 🔎

- Send us pictures of the device to confirm its current state. If unopened, please provide proof it isn’t locked.

- Make sure the device will not be locked in the future (e.g., by the carrier or original owner).

Device Details Check 🕵️

- Once we have all the info (including proof the device is legitimate), we confirm authenticity and condition.

Price Evaluation 💵

- We contact our sales partner to determine the device’s value.

- We then subtract $100 (or €100) for fees, transfer costs, etc.

Payment 💸

- After the partner inspects and approves the device, we release payment in cryptocurrency.

- If inconsistencies arise or incorrect data was provided, we’ll hold the device until clarified.

Timing 🗓️

From first contact to final sale confirmation, the process usually takes up to 1 week.
